先说D为什么对——
先答yes:文中T的观点是assumes that there is no serious impediment to transporting people into space
E的观点是有一impediment。所以给出 It does not meet Teresa’s point 是对的。
反过来答no，显然与文中相反，削弱。
再说你认为的C安全和经济的先后顺序是你自己的感觉，文中从来都没有说有这样的assumption。你可以再看看D，D也只是说他做出了assumes。
