我认为应该选③，LED灯泡使用时长=5*F灯泡使用时长，LED灯泡单价=5*F灯泡单价，所以二者的性价比并没有任何不同，一分钱一分货，也就是说，F灯泡不需要改进，LED灯泡也不用降价，二者唯一的区别就是如果使用F灯泡的话，相比于使用LED灯泡，必须更频繁地更换灯泡，因为F灯泡的寿命短，所以LED灯泡更适用于换灯泡困难的地方，因为这样可以免去频繁更换灯泡的麻烦。
