13原题：On a certain road.10% of the motorists exceed the posted speed limit and receive speeding tickets,but 20% of the motorists who exceed the posted speed limit do not receive speeding tickets.What percent of the motorists on that road exceed the posted speed limit?
A 10.5%   B22%   C12.5%   D30%   E15%
解释为：
由超速的人中未接到罚款单的人有20%，则超速的人中接到罚单的人有80%，所以超速者所占的百分比为 10%/80%=12.5%
B is correct.
23原题：
A necklace is made by stringing N individual beads together in the repeating pattern red bead,green bead,white bead,blue bead and yellow bead.If the necklace design begins with a red bead and ends with a white bead, then N could equal?
A 16  B32  C41  D54  E68
解释为：
白色为第三个珠子，所以N 的值应满足：
N=5n+3
68=5*13+3  满足上面式子
所以 E is correct.

第一题
设超速总人数为X,全部开车人数为Y
则10%Y为超速且收到罚单的的人数
10%Y/X 为超速且受到罚单的人数占总超速人数的百分比
因为超速司机中有20%未接到罚单，所以超速司机中有80%接到罚单
则可以列一个等式：10%Y/X=80%
要求的是X/Y
就可以求出来是12.5%
这个方法挺麻烦的不过我能想出来的只有这样了。。。。

顺序因该是RGWBY，以R开头W结尾，则这个N应该是一个数可以除以5余数为3的
只有68可以满足哈~
