如果你想让GMAC发普通TXT格式的信给你就选Plain Text,发HTML格式的就选HTML.

第一个框选,同意他的privacy policies .第二部分的一堆框可选可不选,选的话他会给你发些关于考试或是Program的信息.

字母不行就用数字啊。

不填你看下能不能注册，不能注册的你就填，据我所知很多题目都是调查问卷，不填也可以。
