C 的意思 需学位的工作未大量的欠缺

   假如需学位的工作没那么多的话，而apply的人太多，薪水可能就不会增加

原文说higer degree 的人多了, 所以高工资的比例会增加,所以平均工资for all workers会增长

  C weaken了原文, 说明了college degree 的欠缺并不是造成工资高的原因. 所以higer degree的人增多并不能引起工资一定高.
