D中强调了两个结论,其实结论只有一个.

First view是由Critics of the hospital 提出来的啊，个人感觉与“hospital critics”不是一个意思

而且两句的作用肯定也不是前一句支持一个观点，后一句支持另一个观点。这有点废话了
