[求助]OG - 43 & 45

OG 第43题, (文章line 24~28):

In 1977, 34 percent of government clerical workers were represented by a labor organization, compared with 46 percent of government professionals, 44 percent of government blue-collar workers, and 41 percent of government service workers.

题目问哪一种worker的比例最高, 看起来太简单了, 我就觉得奇怪, 为什么total 超过100%, 于是觉得后面三个应该是46%当中包含了44%的blue-collar & 41%的service workers, 结果选错了… 可是还是不太懂, 这四种人加起来为什么会超过100%啊? (有点弱智的问题, 不要笑偶….)

第45题:

A.     described more fully the attitudes of clerical workers toward labor unions

我看得懂为什么E是正确的答案, 可是为什么A / C不行呢?

我第一次看的时候选A, 因为觉得如果可以表明clerical workers的态度 & 立场, 就可以support其比例增加这个状况 (比如: 大家的态度都是越来越倾向于A的观点, 因此选择站在A这一边….)

第二次看的时候又选了C, 因为觉得如果politicians and administrators会oppose这些人, 表示后者越来越壮大了所以前者会害怕….

不晓得这样的想法问题出在哪里呢? 请前辈们赐教啊~~!

这种加强的题，是否可以当作逻辑题来做呢？那样的会，很容易找出答案。
