the referenced answer is E, however, i still have difficult in reasoning by this way. My choice is D.

可我觉得D是可以的啊：D是表明是否市区和郊区的鱼的成本总是一样的。如果是一样的，考虑到tax的影响，profit才会高啊（结论成立）；如果有可能不一样，比如说即使考虑到tax的影响，其他如运费等的负影响更大，则结论能产生高利润就不一定成立。还有，E说的price和结论的profit不是同样的东东啊，price高低并不能得出profit高低的结论。请指教。

说到这，我觉得D似乎也不是很好，因为没有提到price，只提到cost似乎不够efficient to generate a result that profit will be higher. 但感觉起来似乎更正确...
