C. Pandas that are already likely to live longer are also more likely to give birth to live young.

显然，AB同时发生推出A导致B，中间有个gap需要一个恰当的assumption来fill。正确答案C选项却没看懂是如何fill这个gap的，也可以说，C选项的措辞压根没太看懂。希望请教大家，给我一点思路也好啊！鞠躬！

我研究过了，把选项ACD全部变成原句的否定意思，加个not，就符合答案解析的说法了。但是BE应该还是保持原样吧。

坑爹的题目有问题。浪费半天时间。。
