[tr][td=1007]公司的两类策略来为公司选地址第一段介绍传统的一种方法，是quantitive的，比如说根据税率什么的计算出评价指标，但是如果税率变了，这种方法就不好用了第二段介绍一种定性分析的方法和其优点，结尾说如果能够用定性方法确定一个可选择的范围，然后再用定量方法计算效果会更好。[/td][/tr]

[tr][td=1007]讲企业的strategy.（不是之前jj提到的定价以及另外一个什么strategy，是新的）两段。基本没看懂，没看出两者的区别。关键是我词汇量太小。
第一段先来个长句，说当今世界竞争需要企业开始设置自己的strategy．然后讲两个strategy，带各自的定义。第一个是expertises，第二个是generalists.　
第二段，说，前一个strategy的好处。however，第二个也有他的好处。又是however，说第二个重视personality等rather　than．．．（这里出题了，问第二个的优点，可惜答案好几个都好象有对有错，不会选）．
还有问题，问，第一个strategy跟第二个比较的不同之处．

　　主要是讲工厂的选址问题。

　　第一段：作者认为现在企业不够重视工厂选址的问题。在选址是只考虑与原材料的距离，还有就是税率，关税，汇率之类的quantitive的问题。由于税率，关税，汇率什么的都会变动，所以这些在企业战略初期被认为是优势的因素，到后来都有可能会失去(这里有题)。

　　第二段：作者提出应该更多考虑qualitative的问题，比如说当地工人的技术啊~云云。。。quantitive的问题应该在qualitative的问题考虑完了再做考虑(这里有题)
