What应该与second most massive dinosaur， 谓语appear对应单数形式。

语法点有2：

1。appear 应用单数形式，其主语指dinosaur

2。E的从句是非限定性定语从句，与主句的联系相对较弱，可有可无，拿掉也不影响句子的意思，

不如D中的介词段语简洁且紧凑，该介词段语是不可缺少的。

D 中的from修饰found :  考古学家从看起来是第二大恐龙的东西中发现了化石.

E: 考古学家发现了化石, 该化石来自看起来是第二大恐龙的东西

这里what不应该是指dinosaur, 而是指某(些)看起来象恐龙的东西.

根据语法答案应该是D, 但意思怪怪的

what应该是指的化石呀.

如果指的是孔龙,那么'from what apppears to be the second most massive dinosaur"的意思不就变成了恐龙看起来象恐龙了吗?
