A certain city with a population of 132,000 is to be divided into 11 voting districts, and no district is to have a population that is more than 10% greater than the population of any other district. What is the minimum possible population that the least populated district could have? 答案是11,000 求解题过程或思路，谢谢！

设最小值为X 则有: (132000－X)/10＝1.1x
求解得到x=11000
思路：设最大人数量为y，那么就应该有一个极限：1.1x=y, 为了满足x最小，有应该小，否则y越大，x越大，只有当省下10个区得人数一样是才能保证y最小，所以得到：(132000－X)/10＝1.1x
