This letter is to inform you that we have canceled the score for your October 19, 2010, Graduate Management Admission Test® administration. GMAC® strives to report scores that accurately reflect the skill and performance of each test taker. Accordingly, GMAC® reserves the right to cancel any test score believed to be invalid for any reason. Your score has been canceled because, in our judgment, misconduct occurred in connection with your test, specifically: ? Access to telephones, cellular (mobile) phones, or other communication devices, hand-held computers/personal digital assistants (PDAs), pagers, music players, or other electronic devices will not be permitted at any time while I am at the test center, during the test session, or during breaks. Access to books, notes, and study guides is also prohibited while I am at the test center, during the test session, and during breaks. Violation of this policy could lead to confiscation of such materials by the test administrator and my test may be invalidated. You may register to take the GMAT® again as permitted by the GMAT® retest policy, by registering and paying the required examination fee. We are offering you an opportunity to submit information that addresses the concerns raised about the validity of your GMAT® score. If you wish to do so, please write to GMAT® Test Security using one of the addresses listed below, providing any information you consider to be relevant to your appeal. In any such appeal, the issue to be decided will be whether GMAC® still has a good faith reason to question the validity of your GMAT® score. You must submit your appeal within 15 days of the date of this letter. GMAC® and Pearson VUE will make every effort to review and respond to your appeal within 30 days, after which we will communicate our decision, which is final and binding. All correspondence should be directed to GMAT® Test Security at the following address: Pearson VUE 5601 Green Valley Dr Bloomington, MN 55437 United States Fax: +1 (952) 487-3049 E-mail: pvtestsecurity@pearson.com Sincerely, GMAT® Test Security |
