这道题的正确答是D。但我想问为什么B不对呢？

额，不好意思，题目忘打了。题目是Which of the following is assumption on which the arguement depends?

B说关闭核电站，和原文无关；其次已经说了煤电站德污染是更大的，LZ的B选项可以作为加强项，但不是假设。
原文的的结论是核电站不需关闭，用的条件是核电站放出的危害没有煤电站大，那么前提就是两者的污染是可以区分开来的，所以才能做比较
