MBA是Consulting职业可持续发展必须的？

进入Consulting可能不需要MBA
担要是在这个行业一直做下去的话，是不是必须要一个MBA学位，即使不是名校的。
就好像国内某些职位的提升必须要求博士一样？

问这个主要是想知道再刚硕士毕业，没有工作经验，但是有一个一年的MBA的机会的话，
是不是值得去？

yes. it's a must for most cases

the expection might be: 1, you start as an analyst (mostly from campus recruiting) and get promoted to associate directly (top 5% performer); 2, you have 5+ years' working experience (in top MNC), you might have the chance to join as an (junior) assoicate. Both these two cases are with low possibilities.
