求助：取非是对选项谓语取非，还是对选项带有否定的词取非~~~~~~~~~~

GWD第五套第21题：

Q21:

In Teruvia, the quantity of rice produced per year is currently just large enough to satisfy domestic demand. Teruvia’s total rice acreage will not be expanded in the foreseeable future, nor will rice yields per acre increase appreciably. Teruvia’s population, however, will be increasing significantly for years to come. Clearly, therefore, Teruvia will soon have to begin importing rice.

Which of the following is an assumption on which the argument depends?

No pronounced trend of decreasing per capita demand for rice is imminent in Teruvia.

Not all of the acreage in Teruvia currently planted with rice is well suited to the cultivation of rice.

None of the strains of rice grown in Teruvia are exceptionally high-yielding.

A：正确。取非，人均大米需求会马上显著下降，则有可能总需求量不变，因此不必进口大米

B：无关。取非，[bgcolor=#ffed43]所有耕地都适合种大米，但前提是亩产量不会增加，所以对原论证无影响

C：无关。原因同B，前提是不能改的

D：继续无关。取非，有些地区人口会不增长，但前提是总人口要增长

E：lawyer说得很透彻，要不无关，

因为其他的作物跟主题不相关；要不需要假设其他作物可以取代大米

B答案给的解释就是对none取非变成all，所有耕地都适合种大米，所以不用进口，这样推理就不成立了。所以B也对啊。是不是因为“所有耕地都适合种大米”违背了总耕地数没有增加所以不选。

还有哪位可以解释下 C 为什么不对啊没理解选项意思

B答案的解释取非就是对 none取的非但是觉得不对啊

还有谁能说下 C取非怎样判断啊
