16题。 What is the combined area,in square inches,of the front and back of a rectangular sheet of paper measuring 17/2 inches by 11inches?这道题不知道是什么意思 看不懂- -。

78题，From January 1,1991,to January1,1993,the number of people enrolled maintenance organizations increased by 15 percent .The enrollment on January 1,1993 ,was 45 million .How many million people ,to the nearest million,were enrolled in health maintenance organizations on January 1,1991?答案是39，  算出来是约等于39.13 ;前面还做到一个题算出来是26.7个人 答案是27 GMAT是以四舍五入算的吗。
