144.DS：a、b为正整数，然后题干能够推算出来一个y=ax^2+b的方程。然后问与X轴有没有交点。条件1给出了a=2，条件2给出了b=3。画抛物线可以一目了然。B

because both a and b belong to positive integers,  both 1) and 2) are not needed.
