我觉得是C

用两种方法来解题：

1.A，B，D，E都带了绝对化的词only，any other和always，这些在题目里面没有明确出现过

2.以上根据绝对化的词还不能保证百分之百正确，再看C，其实就是题目的paraphrase（因为提到两个exception，所以就是no indication of）

原文说t酶only存在于快速分裂的细胞中，选项A说的是t是快速分裂细胞中only的酶，
only修饰的对象被偷换了。
