是这样的～是gwd第3份里一道逻辑～

答案是选A。为啥说希望能够拓展铁路的人被报告说是他们的高速公路不堵了，那么他们原本想要得到的益处就得到了么？这样子的话不是刚好能够说明（加强）这个提案的可行性呀？

表示这个思路没打开阿～有谁来提点提点？

这题我一开始看下来，没一个着边的。。。
后来看了别人的解释。。。恍然大悟

A. most people in favor of expanding the rail system reported less congestion during their highway commute as the primary benefit they would experience
即那些人之所以支持 expanding the rail system, 是觉得这么一来别人就会去坐rail了，那自己在highway开车就不赌了，大家都等着别人去坐rail, 自己其实并不会去，照样开车。。。。
