答案:E

不明白为什么选E? 这里为什么要讨论perceptions of the quality?我觉得E项为无关!

为什么不能选A, 如果这product的comp. position 本来就是第一位,那么就算同时increase quality 和price ,让这product 的value保持comp. position 第一位。那A不行吗??

提升质量or降低价格----消费者去挑他的产品

E说的是为啥提升质量,能使得消费者去挑它的产品。

因为基于其质量的提升,消费者对于其产品质量的预期也决定了,预期高了,则挑选其产品的可能性也越来越大。
