It is hard for students to get good grades in school. But the hardest problem met by students' parents is that the students do not wan to get good grades, and even an eight-year-old children could take examples of "successful without good grades" people such as Steve Jobs and Bill Gates to explain his bad grades. To improve students' academic performance, education performance, education professor Roland Fryer decides to let students get paid on the basis of metrics such as attendance, behavior tests and class work.Which of the following, if true, most seriously weaken the RF's conclusion above?
A. students will be more interested to be paid on attendance and behavior than to be paid on tests and class work.
C. students who get paid from their parents may spend on the payment on smoking and drinking.
ps: 其他的选项都有很明显的错误,就没有再打
OA: C

我竟然质疑答案的正确性。。。 会不会被拍死。。。
理由:
先分析题目:
目标:To improve students' academic performance
方案: let students get paid on the basis of metrics such as attendance, behavior tests and class work.
A. 比起 be paid on tests and class work, 学生有兴趣从 attendance and behavior上面 be paid
因为前提中说的是提高 academic performance , tests and class work 才是直接的 academic performance, 而 attendance and behavior 只是间接地可能对academic performance有作用罢了,至于能不能提高,并不知道啊!
反观C
Helr 老师说是一个否定性副作用。 我认为它是一个副作用,但并不是否定性的啊! 因为你并不知道 spending money on the payment on smoking and drinking 对于 academic performance 有什么影响,如果没有影响了,也就不影响这个方案的作用啊!
求解求解
已经纠结一晚上了 冒着生命危险来质疑一下答案
第一次发帖求问, 平时都是查帖子就可以查到的,这次真的查不到了 拜托摆脱!
