理由：
先分析题目：

方案： let students get paid on the basis of metrics such as attendance, behavior tests and class work.
A. 比起 be paid on tests and class work， 学生有兴趣从 attendance and behavior上面 be paid
因为前提中说的是提高 academic performance ， tests and class work 才是直接的 academic performance， 而 attendance and behavior 只是间接地可能对academic performance有作用罢了，至于能不能提高，并不知道啊！
