答案是E,我选的C，因为我觉得C是在说不睡眠会产生和酒精一样的让人缺乏正确判断力的作用，也就是说病人以为自己不忧虑了，其实还是忧虑的，所以不睡觉产生的改善是虚假的。 E我也明白，是对的。但是为什么C错了？或者为什么C不如E?

题目问的是不用剥夺睡眠来治疗的原因。那么肯定是因为用这个方法治疗是存在缺陷的。
C 选项说长时间缺少睡眠会产生。。。。但是题干中根本没有讨论这类问题，没有提到睡眠时间长短有什么危害。无关选项
另外选项中并没有告诉你判断力受影响就会让病人以为自己不忧虑。这是你自己下意识的想法，想当然的将两者联系在了一起。但是做逻辑的时候是不能带有自己主观想法的。选项说的什么就是什么，没说的不要自己添加。

我也选的C。
虽然不能主观臆测判断力受损就会导致病人们产生错觉，但是判断力受损毕竟是一个副作用啊！既然失眠会导致这个副作用，不用失眠这个办法治疗抑郁症不就可以解释了么？求大神指导！！！
