Responsibilities

• Apply market knowledge in advisory, advisory managed and discretionary port folio management to promote the full product range to meets clients’ needs
• Work closely with Relationship Managers to develop bespoke roadmaps for clients on specific allocation which are in line with clients’ risk profile, the bank’s investment strategy and local regulation
• Develop marketing proposal pipelines which are product intensive and provide active support in marketing and client acquisition strategies
• Play an active role to promote and implement Advisory managed services
• Develop stoic plans to increase product awareness amongst Relationship Managers and Clients on new product offerings
• Take a lead role to bridge communication channels between product specialists, Relationship Managers, Market Heads and Clients
• Leverage on after-sales service and feedback to actively support Market Heads in product penetration and market share
• Proactively identify clients’ needs and corresponding opportunities to realize business potential

Requirements

• Tertiary education from a reputable university
• 3-5 years related experience in a similar role in private banking
• Strong understanding of banking products - Asia Equity (Hong Kong, A shares, etc.),debt, foreign exchange, structured products, options, etc.
• Know the culture of Hong Kong/China
• Demonstrate leadership and drive to excel, with a dynamic and outgoing personality, is high on initiative, team oriented, client focused, mature with good judgment skills to raise the bar to achieve
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and presentation tools
• Working towards CFA considered PLUS.
