23题目的意思都看的不是很懂啊。。。11题，为什么条件2 可以呢？ 34题这个也不太懂意思，是标准差的意思吗？？

23, 从1可以推断出有16/.04=400个人学french,两种都学得有16个，学日语的不少于100，所以你还是不能推断日语有多少个。。。大于400还是小于四百
从2，学日语中10%学法语，学法语中4%学日语，说的其实都是两种都学得人，比如说这个数是x，那学法语的人有25x，学日语的有10x，当然是学法语的人多
