答案是C。请问E错在哪里呀？答案对E的解释是If the new chip will require other segments of the cmputer industry to adjust,it would be to Plexits' benefit to publicize the new chip as soon as possible,so that those adjustments can be made before the new chip comes on the market. 虽然这句话的意思看得懂，但还是无法理解。

答案是B。E为什么错了呢？我的理解这道题目就是相对数字与绝对数字的不同，1994年前是6/6，1994年后是30/N，而journalist就错把N当做30了，错就错在这吧？那E不就是说的这个意思吗？还是我把E理解错了？

先回答Q24。

E选项的解释已经比较清晰了，即这是个削弱而不是加强。广告越早，其他的产业跟进就会越早，从而在chip真正上市时配套产业也已经准备好了。那么推导下来，E的意思就是chip的广告应该越早做越好。但是题目中问的是哪条可以支持公司决定延迟广告发布的决定。

C选项是个很经典的一个原因，在我还没看选项时就猜会有这么个选项了。

关于Q54我只能尽量解释一下，不一定能解释清楚。

E选项的意思是以偏概全，但按题意Journalist的问题不是以偏概全（根本没提part和group的关系），而是用number来替代percentage作为判断依据。所以E是不合适的。

OG对于E为什么错解释的感觉也不是很到位，但是对于B为什么对的解释还是挺有条理的。

24题：我的理解是E项说要充分利用新惢片的性能，需要在计算机领域的其它环节进行大量的调整。
那么，如果不尽快的投入市场去检验，就越晚发现潜在的缺陷。这样的话不利于chip的销售，就不是延迟6个月投入市场的原因了。
而C项说现在广告new chip 将会较大的减少Plexis 当前chips 的销售line。我理解的是这样做Plexis的利益就少了。所以会延迟一段时间。不知道我解释清楚了没有，我英语不好，现在在努力学习中。加油吧！

做题时我觉的原文观点是旧政府比新政府更能忍受批评。
题意问：政治家的观点如何挑战了文中观点。
文中说新政府每年抓30个人，旧政府抓了6个人。
政治家说1994年只有6个人批评政府，全被抓了。而新政府抓的人只是批评的一部分。and now journalists routinely do（我理解成抓的那30个人只是部分的记者们）也就暗示了旧政府比起新政府更不能忍受批评。因为有多少人批评他抓多少人。那么也就是反驳了原文中观点。所以选B

我刚刚做完这几个题，来尝试给楼主解释一下：
24题前面的同学已经解释的挺清楚来；54题E的意思就是”记者的论点对待某个典型现象就好像它是一个普适现象一样“，有点”以偏概全“的意思，但实际上政府是在反驳的记者的假设，因为记者假设1994年前，也有很多没提骂政府，但政府只抓了6个，而现在政府说这个假设是错的，因为当时有且只有6个媒体在骂政府，因此两届政府没有任何区别。
不知道解释的清楚不。

看了两位的解释，有点似懂非懂。。。我当初排除B是因为这个选项中的assumption，OG的解释是作者的假设是抓的记者越多，政府越不宽容。请问这个假设做题目的时候怎么看啊？题干也没有很明确地表示出来嘛。。。
而E当中的以偏概全从only six可以看出来，作者在强调这个，我觉得还是E貌似比B更直接啊，求牛牛指正！

我想24题楼上都回答挺清楚了，我在这就简单就个人理解讲讲54题的E选项

以下是我的个人理解，希望对你们有帮助
journalist的推理是B-----》C,而B也就是argument的前提（也就是assumption）是A
E选项说的是B犯了“以偏概全”的错误

我们这么理解。。。。。。粗无错误是“以偏概全”，但关键是这个错误是A犯的而不是B犯的
据我理解b选项和e选项的区别就在于，B和A都犯了同一个错误，可关键是犯错误的主题不一样，一个是假设，一个是论据

而这题错就错在是假设本身就错的

希望这么说你能明白
