I felt the answer is 5.

My reason is that in English "Not so much" usually can not be separated.

The meaning of the original sentence is to compaire two understanding of most insomnia. Therefore, not... but... idom best suits the purpose.  rule out answer 1 and answer 2.
3.4.5 left.

In answer 3. the three hypothetic condition are not parallel.

In answer 4. "like" can not be used when list examples.
Therefore answer 5 best suits.
