因为文章最后说了连接地球广播望远镜和卫星望远镜对于Radio interferometry 的完成是一项非常重要的技术，题目问可以推断出什么，
E 选项：知道相对于地球位置的旋转卫星的位置对于达到interferometric purposes是足够了

我想应该是题干里面这句话exact knowledge of the locations of the telescopes ，这个这个技术成功运用的先决条件，既然这个技术成功，那The location就要知道啦

RI是种技术，技术要A、B、C三个要素。然后举了一个成功运用这种技术的例子。只要答案是三个要素中一种，而且要素描述准确，应该就是正确答案。
这道题是归纳题，归纳题首先可以用“无关词排除法”。
A. special care 在文中没有提到过，排除；
B. 信号的强弱，文中没有提到；
C. 什么反恐系统更是扯谈；
D. 谈到了因素C，computer programmes，但是说程序本身需要研发很长时间，也和文章无关；
E. 地球上RT的location 和卫星 RT的location，正好就是文中提到的exact knowledge of the locations of the telescopes
