这里偶主要还是想说一下, 不需要任何背景, 偶也不关心背景知识;

1987年前后(虽然1987之前有两次行为,但跟一次没什么区别)的差异; 如果两个时间段的其他条件都是相同或者相似的,那么就是加强, 只要存在差异,那么就达到削弱的目的;

其实这个题跟之前之后没有什么关系。

D说，去年所有的工厂已经满负荷运转了，而新工厂要花好几年才能建成。

实际上明年出口不可能再增长了。你货币跌倒0也没用。

所以这个是他因削弱。
