第一题：In a certain country, the retail price includes a value added tax of 12.5% of the sum of the wholesale cost and the markup of an item. if the value added tax on a certain jacket is 6 shillings, what is the wholesale cost of jacket in shillings?
第二题：the arithmantic mean of a data set is 46 and the standard deviation of the set is 4, which value is exactly 1.5 standard deviation from the arithmantic mean of the set?

麻烦大家帮忙翻译一下，题目看不懂！！！！！！
