我理解C的意思是，这些旅游大巴在P景点有不到四分之一的时间是在运送旅客，也就是有多于四分之三的时间是在路边idling，应该是不熄火在等游客吧。所以如果有了parking的话，就可以把这四分之分的时间熄火停在那里了，废气排放自然少了很多。

D和E都说了其他的某种情况，并没有加强的意思。

C是因为 one-quarter of the time they are in Palitito transporting passengers ，所以那3/4时间就是在idle at the curb吗？

那1/4时间transporting ,那3/4时间就一定是idle吗？说不定是parking呢？

我逻辑巨差，还是请NN帮忙解答一下啊

有点开窍了，但是还未完全理解。

为什么不选B？

我感觉B像是not+weaken在排除它因，有点像假设，但也起加强作用呀？
