2、An argument from the head of HR dept. in an automobile company:  

Study shows that employees of not-for-profit organizations, compared to those of for-profit organizations, are more likely to perform well when their performance is not monitored and evaluated. Interviews with employees of not-for-profit organizations also show that they have more motivation. They believe that their work is important to improve the society. They have personal reasons to perform well, even without financial returns. Therefore, our corporation should donate a significant portion of the overall profit to humanity, to increase the motivation and productivity of the employees, and thus to increase the profit.

不知道是我理解问题还是怎样……这个公司是说要给人道主义的组织捐钱？以提高自己员工的动机和生产效率？进而提高利润？

这个逻辑……好像也太离谱了吧……给not-for-profit organization捐钱，与自己的员工totally没关系啊。。。不知道我读题读错没有……
