填补一个gap

B被罚款的人比没有被罚款的人更喜欢超速，被罚款的人中安雷达的占大多数，所以安雷达的人更喜欢超速

但是我觉得这样只是说明被罚款的并安雷达的人更喜欢超速（因为这个结论是从调查被罚款的这一个范围中得出的），并不是说明所有安雷达的人喜欢超速。举个反例：如果这个城市没被罚款的并安雷达的人是100，而被罚款并安雷达的人是20（这20个人就是被罚款人的33%），也完全符合这个城市3%的人安了雷达，那么安雷达的人不一定喜欢超速》

这个反例子可以概括为：也许正因为爱超速所以那些人才安雷达来监控自己，但是还是忍不住超速了（20）；但是安了雷达不超速的也大有人在（100人）

所以我觉得这个题有问题！请牛牛指点

被罚款的人中安装了雷达的人占一半都不到，只有33%，怎么是大多数呢

3%和33%对比说明题目暗含了一个意思：雷达促进了超速。

但是题目只对被罚的超速者进行了统计，那些没有被罚的超速者却没有被提及。
