关于AICPA的海外学分认证

大家好

我是在Ohio的一所大学读Master of Accounting, 09年底毕业。为了满足150学分要求需要对本科成绩做海外学分评估。我想在Ohio或者Illinois考试，想请问在这两个州的都是怎么做的验证。我在网上看 Illinois是有自己专门的认证机构。Ohio是有一批可以认证的机构。我不想寄毕业证书原件。大家都是怎么认证的啊？

我是打算去美国读会计研究生的。将来也要考AICPA，想向你了解一下：

在美国修下1年的研究生，也就36个credit hour左右，怎么能满足，150个credit hours的要求？是本科修过跟会计有关的课都可以加到这个学时里吗？给他看成绩单就行吗？实在凑不够150credit hour怎么办呢？

有了150个credit hour，是才有资格考CPA吗？还得考4门？学时不能代替一些考试吗？

AICPA Ethics Exam是怎么回事呢？有人说：150 credit hours＋AICPA Ethics Exam＝license，真的吗？

我还属于初级初级入门阶段，麻烦请给予指点。谢谢！

150 credit means total credit obtained, including under and graduate. different states have different requirement for accounting credit and business credit. u should decide the state first and try to meet the requirement, also considering the related working exp for accounting/auditing (depends on state as well). if u have auditing exp for more than 2 years, u should go for NH, accounting credit and business credit are 12 each. check becker's website for detail requirement of each state. u cannot waive any exam.....

if ur undergraduate is from china,u'd better get evaluation from WES or others ( i used WES, which is fast)

no idea about ethics exam...

请问一下楼上的，WES认证怎么做啊？
