A clinic worked every day last week and had at least one patient everyday. If 10 patients went there by bus, what is the probability that at least 2 patients went to the clinic on the same day?

我个人觉得是这样理解的：诊所上周天天工作，也就是7天都工作，现有10个病人，问同一天至少有两个病人去看病的概率是多少？因为人数大于天数，所以概率应该为1。

概率是1也就是一定每天去至少两个人，一共十人，怎么分？
