第四题是这样，467-398=72， 150-138=12也就是说价格变化和房间变化的关系是6：1

那么467-425=42，所以根据这个比率则房间变化为7， 138+7=145

这个数我是这么给凑出来了，但是我有个问题就是，其实按照题目所给的条件，肯定还会有别的关系也满足题目中的条件，而我做的这个肯定是其中一个，所以问题就在于你怎么知道是这么个关系，而不是别的关系呢，请nn给看看，谢谢！！

另外我对于第三题那个温度的range不太明白，不知道哪位nn能给我解一下惑，谢谢！！
