reschedule的问题

最后一步出现如下,我的卡是工商银行卡已开通网上银行,请问Cardholder's Name 是填什么?还有  Type? 还有Card Security Code在哪里?

Cardholder's Name -卡的正面上有你的名字，要和上面的一模一样．

Type－信用卡的种类．

Card Security Code－（通常在卡背面）最后三个数．

What is the credit card security code?
Some credit and debit card companies print a security code on their cards, as an additional way of verifying and validating the card. Since you can only get the number from the card, it is difficult for anyone other than the actual cardholder to know the code.

On MasterCard and VISA cards, the security code is a 3-digit number printed in the signature area on the back of the card, following the card number. On American Express cards, the security code is a 4-digit number printed above the card number on the front of the card.
