plan 1的收集时间不也是两周吗，还多几天呢。我觉得plan1与plan2的区别是收集地点不同，另外plan2 还需要 individual containers, 而不是时间，所以我选D. 但大全的答案是E。不解，请指教～

垃圾箱由什么做的和收集垃圾没什么关系

(E) Recyclable trash that is allowed to accumulate for two weeks will attract rodents.

看起来只有E，但我也有这样的疑问，PLAN-1是15天，plan2是两个星期啊。plan1在公共产地肯定有老鼠，但是家里就没有老鼠会被吸引吗？

Plan 1: 1st and 15th of each month = once every two weeks => will attract rodents
Plan 2: twice a week = once every 3.5 days => will NOT attract rodents.

这个题，我还是不明白，我觉得答案是C，每家一个CONTRAINER，而且放在家的道边上，美国都是独门独院的，很容易知道是哪家的，所以如果PANALIZE的话，居民都会选择往垃圾回收站倒。

E中两周才生耗子，可是他们半周就回收了并不会造成困扰。

请问大家的意见
