重新写一下式子可能看的清楚些吧,

Q总费用=C(Cost of producting)+TA(Tariff)+TR(Transprotation)<Y(Y的生产费用)

其中,C=90%Y

所以,TA+TR<Y-C=10%Y

即,   TA<10%Y.

这题对D的解释我觉得不对：B and D are both consistent with the information in the passage, but the passage provides no evidence to support them.

我怎么觉得D就是错的呢？运费应该和关税一样，都小于10%啊？D怎么会consistent with the information ... ？？？
