选项D，大多数12岁以下，作业时间小于10分钟，不应该是支持educational theorist 的结论吗（不应该限制）？？？

大多数小孩时间小于10min，所有小孩平均30min，说明有一部分小孩时间明显大于30min。只能这样理解，除了D之外其他选项都无关。

这种题出现在考试能做正确还是比较困难的。
conclusion的evidence主要是homework 30min，所以看所有选项里和时间有关的只有C,D。但是C其实是加强结论的。
这道题关键是要识别substantial，LS说的对，平均如果30min，大量的10min，肯定有exterme case是远大于30min。
