Urgent!!!What should I dress up for an alum interview?

Suit? or just pants and shirt without tie. We will meet in a Starbuck. At first I thought I would wear suit, but in a second thought I am afraid that my dress is kind of formal if the interviewer doesn't wear suit.

well, it's always good to look professional. When in doubt, it's safe to be over-dressed than under-dressed. I agree that meeting at Starbuck may suggest a more or less informal atmosphere.So  I'd suggest go w/ a suit without tie. You can remove the jacket when you arrive. Just my 0.02
