Hi guys, sorry to type in english, just back to the office (didn't install chinese keyboard ) after a whole week of gmat prep. My score: 750 (V 41, M 50, IR 7). Btw, is it normal we don't see the AWA score right away? (have friends who say that they see the preliminary score right away...)
Some suggestions about preparations for those who only have 1.5 weeks like me to get this done.
- SC: Use Prep 08. I do it in the last 30 mins before the exam - trick? read the "correct sentences". it gives you a feel of how "gmat correct" answers would be! Trust me, it will save you esp when time is running out. TIME NEEDED: for people who have good grammar sense, no more than 2 hours, for those who are not familiar, spend at least 6 hours on it, I estimate, mega-useful materials.
- RC: all based on JJ, for people who have some good fundamentals of reading skills. No need to prepare much. However, all my RCs are non-KaoGu articles. JJ is more for some psycho comfort than easy answers for me, and trust me it could happen to you too. So if it is the case, dont sigh but smile! Attitude gives you a good score in Gmat.
- CR: I will upload my summary later. 2 pager summary, and it should be sufficient for you guys to survive gmat CR.
- Maths: well, live up to Chinese pride! JJ is very helpful! But do them once yourself.
- AWA: get the template, and wake up reciting it!
Really dont remember much the questions, but tbh, the JJ till date have been sufficient.
Good luck. A sleepless night ahead before my b-trip to BKK tomr... and tons of work to do to prepare for the meeting. However, I think it is important to share some advice with CD given all what I have received! Good luck guys! |
