求解一道GWD逻辑题

The percentage of households with an annual income of more than $40,000 is higher in Merton county than in any other county. However, the percentage of households with an annual income of $60,000 or more is highest in Sommer county.

If the statements above are true, which of the following can properly be concluded on the basis of them?

ANo household in Merton county has an annual income of $60,000 or more.
BSome households in Merton county have an annual income between $40,000 and $60,000.
CThe number of households with an annual income of more than $40,000 is greater in Merton than in Sommer county.
DAverage annual household income is higher in Sommer than in Merton county.
EThe percentage of households with an annual income of $80,000 is higher in Sommer than in Merton county.

这道题有点confuse的是，虽然M的annual income中，>$40K的占比例最多，而S中，高于$60K的最多，但正确选项中说M会有$40<householdM$60的，是如何能推出合理性的呢？虽然S中有高于$60的household，怎能知道M中也有？或者M最高的annual income只有$50K呢？我觉得B并不严谨啊……

有没有同学能帮忙解答？谢谢！

M don't necessarily need to include income more than $50,000
