2012年开始，ChaseDream正式推出年度Pre-MBA Career Forum。2013年度Pre-MBA Career Forum现在正式开始接受报名。

ChaseDream Pre-MBA Career Forum是为已经获得商学院MBA项目录取，即将进入学商学院读书并拓展新事业的优秀申请人量身定制的为期两天的论坛、社交和培训项目，主要内容包括：

• 商学院生活入门课：快要远行了，dos和donots；
• 职业发展规划课：商学院主流就业行业介绍及快捷转行+面试培训课；
• 结识牛人：特邀嘉宾和资深校友亲临现场现身说法，我和我的MBA生活；
• 内部分享：与到场嘉宾分享职场感悟，是表达也是聆听，是教授也是学习。

2013年Pre-MBA Career Forum的主题是：重新定义自我（Self-Redefine）

2013年春天，等待了那么久，金融危机是否已经过去？香港投行界迎来了新一轮的裁员潮，纽约呢？咨询公司的生意怎么样？除了前景不明的金融业和生意疲软的咨询业，回到企业做CEO会不会成为一个更好的选择？

What matters most to you, and why? 这样的题目可能你也写过。读MBA是为了什么？什么才是你最爱的事业？也许这个问题我们可以暂时清空大脑，重新思考？

有人把MBA比作职业生涯的最后一张王牌。某种意义上，或许这是最后一次彻底改变人生方向的机会。?所以启航之前，我们诚挚的邀您一同探索和思考这些关于职业转型的问题。

上海地区活动嘉宾介绍：

Vivian Weng:

Vivian leads the strategy practice at frog's Shanghai studio, frog is a leading global innovation consultancy. At frog, Vivian works with a team of creatives and technologists to tackles strategic issues related to the design process and frame design opportunities into broader industry/business context. Her work involves market sizing, financial modeling, competitive/comparative analysis, monetization opportunities and business model design/evaluation. She is also passionate about teaching the innovation process to large and mid-size corporates.

Prior to joining Frog, Vivian worked in the McKinsey & Company’s Greater China office for 5 years, she focused on working with management teams in major corporations across banking, high-tech and retail sectors to develop and implement strategies for achieving superior competitive position, growing new customers, and entering new markets.

Vivian holds an MA degree in International Economics from Yale University and MBA from Haas, UC Berkeley.

Eugene Zhao:

赵先生拥有美国休斯敦大学博士学位以及芝加哥大学MBA学位。现任上海芝加哥大学校友会会长。赵先生曾任欧洲并购基金EQT的中国董事和摩根大通亚洲基金的董事总经理。还曾任中国最老创业投资公司中创的董事总经理，负责公司在亚洲地区的企业收购和融资业务。曾主导徐州挖掘机公司和多家国内企业的收购工作。曾任美国固特异集团工程橡胶公司亚太区总裁，和多家合资企业的董事长。还曾在一家总部在芝加哥的Arnold工程公司担任亚太区副总裁，负责中国合资企业建立和亚太区销售采购业务。赵先生拥有近20年的企业管理、资产重组、收购兼并、战略投资、和私募股权投资经验。曾主导多项大中型企业战略收购和财务股权投资，涉及金额超过20亿美元。多年来一直致力于将国外先进的风险管理、财务评估模型本地化的实践，使之更适合国内市场的快速发展和本地企业的价值评估和投资风险管理。赵先生将结合自己的经验，谈谈MBA们如何在投资领域拓展自己的职业。

Peng, Ziheng:

Ziheng毕业于北京大学经济学院。毕业后在中信证券研究部人研究员，负责策略研究及消费品行业研究，目前在UBS研究部独立覆盖消费品子行业。Ziheng将以访谈嘉宾的身份，主要通过Q&A的方式介绍投行的工作和生活。

Jackie Wang:

Jackie has an MBA from Kellogg Management School of Northwestern University. Jackie is currently the Managing Partner of Zenith Consulting, a firm founded by her and specialized in leadership assessment and development. She also sits on a Board of a private Chinese company. Previously, she was a Partner of Egon Zehnder International which she joined in 1997. As one of the pioneers in China’s leadership and talent management practice, Jackie is well regarded for her thought leadership. She championed the Firm’s collaboration with the Central Party School and the Central Organization Department of the Chinese Communist Party. She was invited as a lector and trainer to the SOEs’ Executives by the Central Party School on the subject of leadership selection, assessment and development. Prior to joining the Firm, she was the Corporate Development Director of Primax Electronics and prior to that, she was a Consultant with McKinsey.

Jackie will share her experiences on senior executive development, on the challenges that those C-level people faced and on other hot management issues in China. From her, pre-MBAs will learn how to develop into a well-qualified general manager and CEO of a major organization, which is the career destination of many top MBA alumni.

Ji Gu:

Ji Gu graduated from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2012. Prior to that, she worked in New York as an investment banker and a portfolio analyst with UBS and BlackRock respectively. She left Suzhou for high school in Singapore when she was 15 under a full scholarship from the Singapore government, and graduated from Cornell University summa cum laude with a B.S in Engineering in 2007. She has worked in finance, consulting, journalism, education, mobile start-up, and most recently, as product manager in a gaming company in Silicon Valley and would love to share her experience in finding jobs in the US.

Sonia:

Sonia毕业于弗吉尼亚大学Darden商学院，通过MBA实现了职业转型，毕业后曾就职于管理咨询公司和投资银行。在赴美读书之前，Sonia曾在一家快速消费品公司有四年的工作经验，本科毕业于北京邮电大学，所学专业为科技英语。Sonia将会谈谈那些企业们们是如何在商学院里面招聘实习生和MBA毕业生的，包括招聘流程和求职要点。

Steven Jiang（蒋逸明）:

Steven（蒋逸明）2012年毕业于MIT Sloan管理学院，现就职于某管理咨询公司。Steven入读斯隆商学院之前拥有三年管理咨询的工作经验，本科与硕士分别就读于北京大学和上海交通大学。Steven将介绍管理咨询的工作状态、生活方式以及MBA们如何在管理咨询领域拓展自己的职业。

Yang Baocheng（杨保成）：

杨保成先生业于弗吉尼亚大学Darden商学院，欧美同学会2005理事会理事，郑州市第十二届政协常务委员，入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”，现任黄河科技学院副院长。黄河科技学院是中国首家民办大学，由杨先生的母亲一手创办。此前，杨先生曾在华盛顿奥森投资管理有限公司担任研究部主管，2007年回国加入家族企业。杨先生将为大家介绍中国的创业环境以及MBA教育如何影响了他的创业历程。

北京地区活动嘉宾介绍：

Chen Benqiang:

陈本强，毕业于芝加哥大学商学院。毕业后在罗兰贝格管理咨询有限公司北京办公室工作，后加入波士顿咨询北京办公室，负责金融行业的咨询项目。他将以访谈嘉宾的身份，主要通过自己和身边同学同事的故事向大家介绍如何做好MBA的求职之路。

Alex Zhou:

Alex Zhou is with Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB), one of the most established venture capital firms in the world managing over $5 Billion capital through its US and China investment professionals.

Before beginning his investment career, Alex was with Hewlett-Packard (HP), where he gained deep exposure across IT consulting, sales and marketing and strategic development. He oversaw the company’s data storage business unit, delivering US$160 million in revenue annually in China. Alex also served on the board of the China Storage Network Industry Association from 2006 to 2009, and was an editorial member of the book Road to a Data Storage Expert. In 2009, he worked as an investment manager at Legend Holdings, investing in the information technology sector and the clean tech sector. He also co-founded an information management software startup in 2006.

Alex holds an M.B.A. degree in finance and entrepreneurship from Columbia University.

Sonia:

Jin Shan

Chicago Booth MBA. Mr. Jin started his first business a couple of years ago and sold it to an international player. Now Mr. Jin is starting up his second venture. Mr. Jin will share his view on how to start up a company and lead it into a profitable company.
