有一道PREP上的IR题目，有点晕，想请教一下大伙儿哈

我有两方面的问题。
一个是PREP这个题干给出的选项是不是不全啊。答案里面有R，但是题干中并没有出现。
第二个是，题干上明显给出了这样的句子：“the number of a certain college increased deposite a decrease in student enrollment from 5,500 students in fall 1999”,然后在第二段提到：“ in the given expression, F and S represent the percent change in the number of faculty and students, respectively, over the 5 academic years.”
由于这两个条件，我认为students数量再增加，那么在运用S计算是，应该为S； faculty的数量在下降，我就觉得在运用F进行计算的时候就应该用到-F。

通过这种思路，我算出来的答案就是（1-S）/(1+F)*R

不知道我的这样的思路对吗，请大家帮忙指正一下吧~~~

if it is a 5% increase (from 100 to 105), the percent change is 5
if it is a 5% decrease (from 100 to 95), the percent change is -5

In fact, you can show that the mathematical formula of "percent change" provided by the question is in agreement with my above interpretation.

2. The correct answer should be, as stated in the explanation, (100+S)R/(100+F)

恩恩，第一个错误是我打字的时候打错了，我理解的时候是理解的percent change, 请亲帮我看看我后面的想法吧，percent change 不是有正有负吗？结合题目中说的F在上升，S在下降，我就自动认为F要为-F

你看哈，decrease体现在负号里，换句话说就是体现在percent change数值里面

恩恩，对啊，不一定F就一定是正数啊，F应该在这道题目中是负数吧。
