愈发的JJ。。有个地方我咋觉得有点怪异

a) 及物动词，后面直接加职务名词（双宾语）: appointed her the chief operating officer of the company
【例PREP 07-1-85 正确句子】
In 1945, after a career as First Lady in which she shattered expectations with an audacity never matched by Abigail Adams or Dolly Madison, Eleanor Roosevelt was appointed a delegate to the United Nations General Assembly by President Harry S Truman
b) 【朗文】 to choose someone for a position or a job :
appoint somebody to something
He’s been appointed to the State Supreme Court.
appoint somebody to do something
A committee was appointed to consider the plans.
appoint (somebody) as something
O'Connell was appointed as chairman.

这两个地方，一个是要as，一个是不需要as。。。。到底是都正确还是？

都正确，跟consider to be adj 的to be 可以省略一样，as可以省略

consider to be 的to be在gmat不是必须省略吗？

印象中有考到consider to be的说，但为了确定查了资料。prep笔记 sc 2 151+1 里面的第17题解说是提到“consider后面应直接加形容词”看来是必须省略了

朗文字典给出的没有加双宾语一说，而是加as或者to，但在PREP 07-1-85这题的解释里，写着要加双宾语，选项中带as或者to的都没选，个人觉得还是按着PREP的样式选。。。可以再讨论
