D项为文中现象找个他因来削弱，房子没倒不是因为原来的人技术高，而是因为D选项说的凡是能留下的老房都是质量好的，而那些质量不好的可能早就disuse了，这就削弱了原文。B选项没关系阿，不能说新房好来证明老房不好
