题目如下，括号内是我写的疑问点，还请大家指教：

Some good cooks are gourmet cooks who pride themselves on always using extravagantly rich ingredients in elaborate recipes. Some good cooks can be characterized as fast-food cooks. They may use rich ingredients as long as the recipes are easy to follow and take little time. Other good cooks are health food enthusiasts, who are concerned primarily with the nutritional value of food. But even though not all good cooks are big eaters, they all enjoy preparing and serving food.
If the information in the passage is true, which one of the following CANNOT be true?
(A) Most good cooks do not use extravagantly rich ingredients.
(B) Everyone who enjoys preparing and serving food is a good cook.
(C) More good cooks who use extravagantly rich ingredients are big eaters than are good cooks who do not use such ingredients.
(D) There are fewer good cooks who enjoy serving and preparing food than there are good cooks who are big eaters.
(E) Gourmet cooks, fast-food cooks, and cooks who are health food enthusiasts are all big eaters.

正确答案D
　A.原文的第一句，从原文推出。（因为只是some用的起）
　B.从结论可以推出。（？？？文中只是说了A: good cook---B:喜欢准备食物，不能够B反推A吧？？不是应该是逆否才成立？）
　C.推不出这种比较，无关。
　D.正确。结论：但是即使并非所有的好厨师是big eaters，他们却全都喜欢准备和供应食物。说明喜欢准备和供应食物的好厨师的人数更多，是big eaters的好厨师的人数相比较少。D选项与原文的结论相反。
　E.从原文推出。（错误吧？不是应该是not all are big eater?怎么从原文推出所有都是big eater？）

原文并没有说只有这三种cooks ,所以E完全可能

E 上面三种厨子都是饭桶

有其他的厨子不是饭桶就ok了

D是绝对不可能的

不好意思，不是很懂你说的是什么，对E的解释并不能说明问题，题目中说的good cook分出来就只有三种，何来的其他的？题目结构是some, some, other，那加起来不就已经是一个完整的good cook总体了？

It’s ok . Agree to disagree

If passage used “ the other “ instead of “ other “ , I would totally agree with you .

嗯嗯，后来有再确认过other和the other的区别，确实一个是有些，一个是剩下的的意思
求问一下选项B能帮忙解释一下吗？

Core of the argument

Some gourmet cooks pride themselves ---> using extravagantly rich ingredients in elaborate recipes.

Some good cooks ---> fast food cooks ---> rich ingredient ---> easy to follow + take little time

Some good cooks ---> health + food enthusiasts ---> concerned primarily with the nutritional value of food

At least 1 good cook is big eater & All good cook ---> preparing + serving food.

A. It could be true and could not be true ( Some = at least one 1, and Most = bigger than 50

B. Mistaken reverse !

The original argument said that all good cook enjoy prepping and serving food, but it does not mean that all people who enjoy prepping and serving food must be good cooks. ( Possibilities of could be true are truly exist, but those of could not be true are truly exist 2 )

C. There is no any relationship of comparing. ( Could be true or could not be true )

D. Apparently, some of the good cooks are big eaters, and all of the good cooks enjoy prepping foods and serving foods. So, it contradicts the infos within the argument. Must be false

E.Not necessary true.
