为什么最近提问都没人理睬啊~~郁闷...

这题我第一编对了，第二编错了。我觉得是B说的是最低工资不变，失业率仍然上升，说明必然还有别的因素影响失业率，所以仅仅降低最低工资水平不能说明问题。
