Why the answer is A? Why not B? is because B and C both can be choosen?

I can not understand why the answer is A.

The answer is C. how about D?

第一个说不好。

第二个题目说的是夏令时使太阳晚一小时下山，当然吸引的是太阳下山就不买货的人嘛，如果太阳不晚一小时的话，这些人不就不买了；

第三题D说的是upper limit，bottom limit 还差不多，应该是c,不让他们在江口。
